for over 20 years.  Tammie’s clientele
enjoy her many current and classic
hairstyles.  She specializes in color,
highlights and customized, low
maintenance haircuts for men, women
and children.  Tammie is one of the few
stylists who are now using the Organic
Colour Systems hair color.  A greener
alternative to hair coloring that uses no
ammonia and contains certified organic

Connie, Master Barber/ Stylist
Connie’s long time executive clientele
includes a wide age range of men and
women who look forward to their visits
knowing she will provide contemporary
styles and hair color.  As a regular
attendee of Twin Cities galas and events,
she stays up to date with the current
trends.  Responding to the recent demand
in organic products Connie uses a wide
range of green products for her
environmentally aware clients, including
haircolor with no ammonia.

Sylvia,  Stylist
A graduate of the Horst Institute, Sylvia
has been working in the hair industry for
over 30 years.  Sylvia continues her
education by taking advanced haircutting/
coloring and styling classes. Her services
range from haircuts and color to up-dos
and make-up application for special
occasions.  Sylvia has extensive product
knowledge and a well-rounded
understanding of styling for men and
women.  The longevity and loyalty of her
clientele is a great symbol of her success.

Pamela, Esthetician
Pamela has enjoyed being an esthetician
for over 20 years.  A graduate of
, Pamela stays up-to-date on the
latest techniques with continuing
education of the
Bioline Jat'o product
line. Pamela prides herself on creating a
warm, welcoming environment for her
clients.  Each facial is designed specifically
to meet the clients skincare needs.  
Pamela is recognized as one of the top
estheticians in the country for her
outstanding facials and her master
techniques with sensitive skin. She has
been mentioned in the critically acclaimed
Allure magazine several times.  When not
busy making others look and feel their
best, Pamela enjoys reading, yoga, and
staying young and healthy!

Timothy,  Master Barber
Tim started his career in downtown
Minneapolis where he worked for
, the very first hairstyling salon for
men. Competing in men’s hairstyling
shows throughout the years Tim brought
home many trophies from trend setting
cities, including NYC, Chicago, Dallas, LA
and the Twin Cities.  During the mid 70's
Tim spent three years working in San
Francisco at the St. Francis Hotel in
Union Square.  There he had an
interesting clientele including movie stars
and politicians such as, President Ford
and the Emperor of Japan.  In 1990 Tim
opened his own salon in the St. Louis
Park location of Northwest Athletic Club
where he ran a successful business until
merging with Spa Blu in 2007.  The
incredible longevity of his clientele is an
immense symbol of his success in not
only the business world, but with his
many friendships as well.

Lucinda Nelson,  Stylist, Owner
Lucinda is committed to making Spa Blu a
relaxing, stress free environment.  She
strives for excellence in all aspects of the
beauty industry and her commitment to
continuing education keeps her up to date
on the latest trends. Lucinda is an artist
who knows how to best compliment her
clients with styles created to express their
unique  personalities by keeping their face
shape and hair texture in mind.  Her
creative technique and attention to detail
come from her years of training and
education.  Lucinda also works for L’Oreal
throughout the year teaching at women’s
seminars and color events across the
United States, including Oprah's  O, you ,
Speaking of Women's Health, and Color

Evangeline, Massage Therapist

Evangeline is passionate about educating
her clients and empowering them to take
control of their own health and well being.
Her expertise integrates from several
modalities including Injury rehabilitation,
Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy,
Sports and Orthopedic massage.  
Evangeline has extensive experience
working with clients who suffer from
chronic pain and fatigue, sports injuries,
U of M Sports Teams, and high
performance individuals.  She also
welcomes adults and children with special
needs, treats elderly at Golden Pond
Homes, cancer patients and automobile
accident patients.  “Everyone needs a
refill, whether for emotional, health or
simply to take a little time to step out from
our daily life routine.” Evangeline
received a Bachelor of Science degree in
Business and Finance from
University of the Philippines.  She has
taken continuing education for medical
science, health and nutrition from
Normandale College. Evangeline lives in
Plymouth with her husband, and three
children.  She enjoys outdoor activities
such as gardening, hiking and biking.
